Thoth Tarot deck, and I freely admit that I picked this one mostly because a) it was created by a dude called Crowley, b) it had pretty pictures, and c) it came in a pocket deck version that is smaller than the usual card size, and was cheaper than all the others.
( Tarot cards. )
Speaking of plots, yesterday, when I was in Roanoke with Jasper and
sirdoctoroftardis, I remembered a game I used to play with my sister. One player would name a character, or a pair of characters, an object, and an event/something that has to happen. So, for example, player one could name Dean and Castiel, a bible, and a condom being blown up like a balloon. Player two then has to take the character(s), the object and the event and integrate them in a plot outline. Lather, rinse, repeat. It's fun, and sometimes you come up with really cool plots that will spawn bunnies and make you end up wanting to write fic.
So! Let's play? Character(s), object, event, and I will come up with a plot outline. If I successfully manage to do so, I will give you a character, an object and an event in return. (Only if you want me to. You don't have to reciprocate if you don't feel like it.) If you're lucky, commentfic might happen. Maybe.
I bought a set of Tarot cards. It's Aleister Crowley's ( Tarot cards. )
