This would be a deliciously cracky, slightly sad and funny fic about the Doctor seeking therapy. Immediately after the Time War, the Doctor flees to Earth, to hide away and work through his trauma. One day he's wandering around in the park and sits down next to someone on a park bench. The someone turns out to be a mental patient on his day pass. They start talking, and the mental patient tells the Doctor that whenever he's sad, it helps him to talk to his therapist. Not necessarily sit through a session, but just talk, about whatever. The Doctor doesn't do anything right then, but at some later point - possibly after Doomsday - he decides he's got nothing to lose if he tries it. And so he goes to see a therapist.
The plot would need some fleshing out, but it fills me with happy glee only to think about writing about the Doctor in a therapy session. :D

This one's another Doctor Who/House crossover. While the last one was mainly set in the Housian world, though, this one would be more of a Doctor Who fic. The Doctor and Donna are traveling. One day, after they return from a fairly unexciting stay on a tropical planet, the Doctor starts feeling unwell and falls sick. At first, Donna figures it's just some alien equivalent of the flu, and that, being a guy, the Doctor's making a lot more fuss about it than it would actually warrant.
He's not getting better, though, and after a while Donna starts to worry. She contacts Martha and Torchwood, and they return to Earth so Martha can see what she can do. Martha's helpless, though - she's a fine doctor where humans are concerned, but Time Lord physiology is way out of her depth - and things become life-threatening for the Doctor. Actually life-threatening, since the disease is doing something to him that inhibits his regeneration abilities. This is when Jack remembers that he and the Doctor once met this brilliant MD in another universe, and with the Doctor being unable to do much to protest, Jack uses the Rift to get House (and probably Wilson) into this universe.
House figures out what's wrong (I know what's wrong, but giving it away here would spoil all my fun) and with Donna's and Torchwood's help finds a cure. (This might involve Donna using Tosh's mind-reading device to establish a psychic connection with the TARDIS in order to be able to fly her.) And all's well that ends well.
