My fucked up sleep rhythm got fucked up.

I'm perfectly happy staying awake till 7am, as long as I can then go to bed tired out and fall asleep in a matter of minutes. Actually, that's my favorite time and way of going to bed.

However, for some reason, ever since a few days ago I get really fucking tired every night around 12 - which is no time to go to bed, not even when my rhythm isn't as fucked up as it is at the moment. I'm unhappy going to bed before 1.30, and only do it if I really, really, really have to. Anyway, so I don't go to bed at 12 but stay awake and tell myself I'll go to bed in a couple of hours.

Only that around two, I wake up again. And then I stay awake. It's 5.30 now and I'm wiiiiiiide awake. I went to bed around half sixish last night, and it took me ages to fall asleep. Which usually never happens.

I've no idea what's changed. What is this?

ETA: Also, I just scrolled through my recent entries, and oy. I really have brought the boring these last couple of days. Sorry about that. Will try for more interesting content in my next post.
