I hate neuroanatomy and biochem with every fiber of my being. GAH!

In other news, today I spent the time I wasn't studying on reworking the structure of my homepage. And it's going really well, much better than I thought it would.

What I did, I wrote separate source codes for every part of my site - the header, the menu, the main page, the footer etc - and stuck those into javascript files. Then I dumped all the js files into one folder, and created two new directories in which I put each a set of html pages - index, fic list etc - in which I included the source code from the js files via a javascript include. And then I wrote two style sheets to customize each of the two sets of html pages separately - meaning I have now the possibility of having several skins for my homepage without having to go to the trouble of a) using (and learning) an actual programming language and b) tediously rewriting source codes for new layouts.

Neat, eh?
