Things to do when the BBC steals your talents.

So I was supposed to be filming today, but then the BBC extended a shoot and one of my actors pulled out at the last moment. FUN. At least this means a free Saturday. I'll hopefully be filming tomorrow instead--not with the BBC actor, though. We'll have to make do with a different one. If she gets back to us and lets us know whether she has time.

Of course, now my entire crew is whining at me. BUT TOMORROW IS VALENTINE'S DAY. So? You'll still have the evening. Besides, Valentine's Day is a stupid, petty holiday anyway. It's not like it's Christmas.

In totally unrelated news, I really, really want to try playing one of my muses in a comm again. Preferably human!Ten, but I'll try anyone. I played in Taxonomites, which didn't work out, and then tried Ars Arcanum, which died before it properly started. I would probably want to mod the comm, though. I set one up once, but I don't think the person I set it up with is interested in doing it anymore. I might just go ahead and do it by myself. BECAUSE I TOTALLY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO DO ANYWAY.

I have to sit down and write today. I need to finish my Haiti fic, and I need to finish a 10 page script by Monday. Especially now that I won't have time to do this tomorrow. Sigh.

I would really not have a problem with it being March 24 now.

AIM won't let me log in and see my buddy list D: I don't think it would be the change in 'net speed; that makes no sense.

And, yes, I am a spazz where it comes to comms. I just can't think of a concept that would really be manageable. It's either small talk or its big plots that would take a lot of time and thought and participation to manage. I always kind of want comm participation, and then I get involved in one and go "meh."

I still have to write Haiti. Sigh. March would be nice.

I have faith that it can be done right, I think, for a limited amount of time with the right group of people. Finding those people would be one of the major challenges.

And I would, of course, follow you into mucking about in said comm and be more than happy to do some co-modly stuff, like work with apps and what-not. I'm such a damned naysayer.

Oh, and I wouldn't bring Ash ;) He and Johnny can gossip about ex-Time Lords and how easy it is to fuck with their heads elsewhere.
