In other news, I'm still writing that GHL fic, and have now reached the point where all I need is the final sex scene.

Ahahaha. I will never get that fic written. Why is it that if I try to write porn, my brain freezes up? This sucks.

you know what i found out? If you take an already existing smutty sentence, for example "he stuck his hand down... "(you know the rest) and then just go from there, it's easier to start writing. And if you get stuck, just take another already existing sentence. And so on. Until you finished the scene. Then you go back and delete the 'already existing' sentences you used and put in your own sentence.

Well, that works for me...

That sounds like a good strategy, but you know, I'd end up typing "he stuck his hand down etc", and then getting stalled again. I REALLY SUCK AT THIS. I think I need to read all of topaz_eyes's smut in one go and then maybe I'm hyped up enough to be able to get out a half-decent smut scene.

*sigh* I really don't know why I can't write it. Why so weird, brain?

Oh, and the Doctor Who fic? It has psychic sex. Crappy psychic sex. LOL!

OMG, that fic was hilarious. I had to Wikipedia Donna to figure out who she was, but with a basic outline to go on, I think I got the idea well enough.

"Are you in yet?" - best application of that line, anywhere, ever.

And because of this fic, I was up ALL NIGHT Sunday night. Because I went MOAR PLZ. And went looking for DW fic. Well...DW slash, because I don't really want to read serious het. So then I was up till 6 a.m. reading Jack/Ten and whoo, I was tired yesterday.

ALL YOUR FAULT. LOL.

I feel your pain. Actually, multiply that - I can't write slash.

I tried to write House/Wilson and ended up with three pages of House/Stacy and Wilson/Stacy subtext to cross out. Then I tried again with a different story - a smut story - and ended up with two and half pages of relatively decent Wilson/wives, and a page and a half of House/Wilson which was so painfully bad I scrapped every word.

OMG you haven't seen Runaway Bride? *flails* YOU MUST, YOU MUST! She'll be back in s4, so you had better catch up on that ;). Aside from that, you simply must watch because she's the best companion I could imagine the Doctor to have and brings the lolz so hard it makes me cry every time ;)

Any other fandom, I'd be so with you. This fandom, strangely I really do not care at all who's with the Doctor. Het, slash, gen, it's all good, as long as the Doctor's there to make it awesome. I do like Donna best of the companions, but Jack/Doctor is brilliant, too, so is Rose/Ten and - well, okay, I don't like Martha, but that's more a personal name than a character issue. SQUICKY MARY SUE VIBES DO NOT WANT! Lol. I haven't really found my love for Master/Doctor yet, but I'd read it anyway, because emo angsty Doctor? Sign me up any day. OMG OTP-less fandom! How did that happen?

I AM NOT ASHAMED! MAKING PEOPLE READ FIC IS A GOOD THING. MOAR LOVE FOR DW FANDOM! ;D. I know that myself, staying up all night reading fic and then looking at the alarm clock at 6.30 in the morning and going, wtf, wasn't it just, like, 2am or something? It's usually worth it, though! ;)

Oh. Ouch. That sucks. I'm not particularly good at any sort of relationshippy stuff, but that applies to slash as well as het. Not being able to write slash while having a slashy OTP... that's sort of a losing situation ;P.
