:D Gratuitous post!
Hee, I can never remember how to spell gratuitous. I always have to look it up. So I'll be using it all the time from now on, in order to get myself to remember it.
I just spent an evening watching stuff with
neery. We watched Die Hard 4, Mountie on the Bountie, the House season 3 bloopers, Cube with David Hewlett and the one season 2 dS episode where Ray V and Fraser crash their plane into a jungle and get their man by throwing rocks at him. We also emptied half a bottle of real Russian vodka, and half a bottle of Baileys.
neery is now too scared to go to bed because of the Cube movie, which I found sort of boring on the level of entertainment, and very satisfying on the level of interpretation and meaning. Also, I have decided that the Superman scene from Mountie on the Bounty Part 2 is definitely my favorite dS scene of all.
Uh, there was a point to this post. Aside from practising to spell gratuitous. Right. I'm going to Laurie Land for a week to visit
tli. I am leaving tomorrow at 4 pm. I left all the preparation to the last minute, which resulted in me sleeping three hours last night, getting up, then riding my bike in the driving rain to the station because I had to buy some stuff, losing a couple of hours in the HUGE music department of the shop I went to, riding my bike through more rain back to my place, cleaning up, doing the laundry, washing my hair and doing the dishes all before 5 pm. I will have to get up at 9 am tomorrow in order to pack. I hope my clothes will be dry by then.
I forgot to ask
tli what the weather is like in her part of Laurie Land, so I'll just randomly throw clothes into my bag and hope for the best. I also forgot to call my mom and ask her whether she can drive me to the airport tomorrow - well, today - so I'll have to figure out how to get there. I had the mad compulsion today to spend more than €100 on music CDs. I must be losing my mind.
I still need to print those e-tickets. Note to self, don't forget those tickets.
I also still have to write my 2nd GHL prompt. I know what I wanna write, sitting down and doing it is the problem.
:D I'm looking forward to Laurie Land. Whee! I'll even be around, because I can access the internet where I'm going. Yes, this is the way I like it :).

*facepalm*
And as I was trying to say before the internet crapped out (there's something to
notnot look forward to, lol), the weather's actually very warm here at the moment, there's even sun, well, today at least.no subject
No not really, Although I do wish I could be there too. HAVE FUN!!
Also, I too find Cube pretty disturbing, even though I can't remember DH in it, so I think I'll have to watch it again, just to take a look at TEH PRETTY. ;-)
DH4 was fun.
I finished your DVDs last night, but I think I'll wait with sending them till you're back. It's safer.
Oh, and a 'small' request: If you pass by a Tesco while you're in Laurie Land and you have a minute, could you pop in and buy a bag of their cheapest Cheese&Onion crisps/chips. I think it's the green bag. There are six small packs in one big bag. And really, I want the CHEAPEST version, because that's the one that tastes best. But only if you're there anyway. No stress about it. :-) Thanks!

Lol, I remembered you talking about how warm it is at the moment, so I haven't packed only warm clothes. In my part of Germany, though, I had to wear a coat and a long sleeved sweater, it was so freaking cold...
But it's really nice here! Can I stay? Lol.
