If you haven't already. It's a rather old fic (it's set during the time before Wilson's divorce), and it has a lot of comments, so I'm guessing a lot of H/W people have read it already. It's the one where Wilson has testicular cancer and House makes stuffed animals have sex with each other. Wilson doesn't die.
