Oh, Q fic is the most hilarious thing ever. Q/Picard is very common. Or Q/Janeway. I am guilty of having written a Q fic myself - together with my long-time Enterprise co-writer Sita Z. It's more or less crack!fic, and I died from laughter while writing it.
