I stopped looking at the central comms after the kerfuffle, but afaik there are only the two comms you mentioned. People do post links to their fics in sid_guardian. I don't know the rules for brush-and-lantern.

Guardian has two discords, yes! One that glymr set up for the weekly watchalongs, which is awesome and only has a few dozen people.
