Doctor Who Rewatch

So I changed my layout on LJ: opens in a new tab. Not sure why; I just felt like it. It's non-fannish! Weeeird.

I remembered dontwanttogo the other day. Doctor Who rewatch! We managed to get up to Girl in the Fireplace and then stopped. Who's interested in picking that up again? Or, you know, joining in--I've added a few new people to the f-list since then; you're all more than welcome to join. We usually watched an episode in AIM groupchat each Saturday 10 pm GMT--you can check here what time that is where you are. Or you can watch on your own without joining the groupchat and then talk about the episode in a post to the comm. Either works.

That's probably true. I'm not a fan of snow; I just take pictures of it. And then go, all right, got my pics, now the snow can go away. But cold rain is pretty miserable, too, and not as pretty.

We might be able to do it a bit later? Not much later, but maybe I can convince people here in GMT to go with 12 am--that'd be, uh, 7 pm EST. Saturday night. Would that work better? (I don't think that the GMT folks would go for later than 12, sadly. Unless it's just me. Then we can go for later.)

Thank you! Snow looks so pretty. And is so awful when you have to walk in it and deal with it in a daily-life sort of way. :/

That actually might work, possibly. I wouldn't want to make everyone change it just on my account, though, especially since it might vary from week to week. And especially if there are loads of other people involved. I'd really hate to inconvenience them and I'd feel bad, so. Yeah, I don't know. :|

I just remembered that we had at least one GMT+1 person in the rewatch, and I don't think she'd go with 1 am. Sadface. I'll figure something out. :)

I think our snow is by now almost gone again. I certainly hope it'll be gone by the 11th, since I don't feel like dragging my suitcase across a super-icy layer of packed, trampled snow. :|

I wish our snow was almost gone. And ugh, I have done that. With a suitcase. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. D: Here's hoping it'll melt before the 11th and that your trip goes smoothly. Hopefully it won't be icy in the States either!

About the rewatch; what's the latest on Saturday night that you'd be able to go for?

Saturdays I could do midnight, but I cannot guarantee a wakeful state. Or that I am home, apparently. Since I keep going to London to do crazy theatre related things. O_O
