Back in the UK

I need to post more. I've become such a lurker.

Anyway. I am back in the UK! Arrived at 3:12 am, wooh, late night travel is always fun. Came on the internet to find that apparently something positive has happened in regards to the Prop 8 case, but I am too sleepy and tired from sitting on buses and planes and trains to actually read the article, so I don't know what exactly happened. From what I saw it's good, though, and it might go to the Supreme Court which would be even better--if they make a pro-LGTBQ judgment--because that would be a judgment on a federal level, which would undermine DOMA. \o/

Anyway. Going to bed now. I needs teh sleep. Hope you guys are all doing alright. Hugs all around.

I read the article now! I was kind of painfully amused at this:

[Andy Pugno, pro-Prop 8 lawyer] called it "disturbing that the trial court, in order to strike down Prop. 8, has literally accused the majority of California voters of having ill and discriminatory intent when casting their votes for Prop. 8."

Oh my god people have homophobic prejudice. That is truly shocking and flabbergasting news. 9_9
