House 3x17

*yawn* please forgive typos and other mistakes... ;)
Liked it. They're messing all over the place with the pairings. After this episode (and Top Secret), anything's possible. Didn't think that'd ever happen, but I even saw a brief glimpse of HAM in there. Very brief, and I hated myself for it afterwards, but ask
tli - for me, even that is like snow in hell.
The whole episode went way too fast for my sleep deprived brain though. Especially the medicine. Ah well, gonna watch it again after catching a few hours of sleep. I looooved the turtle joke; I actually laughed out loud at that, which I usually never do when watching TV.
House was sweet in this one. Cuddy was kinda weird, but in a cool way. Cameron was tolerable. Chase was... well, Chase, but in a nice way. Same as Foreman. PotW was annoying, and I didn't like her photographs. I have this issue with the desperate pregnant single women. Never liked them in TV shows. Wilson I missed for most of the episode, and when he showed up, he only did to do his old huffing and sighing routine. Nice change that he was doing it because of Cuddy. Or not so nice change, if it means that he's given up on House. But he's so everybody's Cuddy, the poor man. I wanna see an episode where he loses it - would be fun.
And where the hell was he in that last scene??? House, on the couch (in a newly furnitured apartment o_O what was that all about), watching TV, feeling lonely - Wilson, where are you? I'll have to write a tag. Not now, though. Now I gotta sleep.
Bye bye everyone.

As for the rest of it, though, I just couldn't get past the absence of Wilson. I really *hate* sitting there for almost 30 minutes watching the clock, waiting for him to come on.
I suppose the reality is that I don't actually ever watch the programme in that way that I imagine the producers intend it to be watched. The POTW is almost always a peripheral issue to me. I watch it for House and Wilson. If House and Wilson become a thing of the past I won't want to watch it any more.

*nods* I was so happy when Top Secret made the impression on me that TPTB had realized that Wilson is actually supposed to be more than a recurrent character... :S
I watch it for House and Wilson.
Yeah, me too, actually. But if I can't get H/W, I do watch the rest, too. I like Cuddy, so Fetal Position was not a total loss on me. In episodes where there's neither Cuddy *nor* H/W, the only thing that interests me is finding the med nags, so I guess I won't be watching House either if they decide to make H/W a think of the past *hopes that'll never happen*

LOL! Exactly :)
I like Cuddy too. If Wilson had just popped in a little sooner I think I'd have felt a lot happier afterwards. Still, at least we can now say that we have next week to look forwards to, rather than next month!

In another matter entirely:
I don't know if you noticed that entry, but earlier today,
