I'll try to be unpredictable and say Morgana from Merlin.

a) OTP: Morgana/Gwen
b) Runner-up: Morgana/Morgause (Yay, incest ship!)
c) Anti-ship: Um. Morgana/Gaius? I'm not sure. I'm not that invested in Morgana to actually have an anti-ship, but I think Morgana/Gaius would have to be very convincing to make me buy it.
d) Unpopular fannish opinion: Again, um. I don't actually think Morgana's a bad person? She's making some bad choices, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have good reason to make them. I don't know if that's an unpopular fannish opinion, though.
e) She never fell in love with: Arthur. Simply to spite Uther.

And you kind of remind me of Tonks from Harry Potter.

I'd be surprised if it's an unpopular opinion to think that Morgana isn't a bad person. I don't think she is either. But I'm not all that aware of the fandom, so I don't know.

Tonks? Really? I feel strangely flattered because I don't really see myself as being like Tonks at all.

And yeah, I don't really know what the popular opinions in Merlin fandom are. I've heard people complain about Morgana's choices in s2, though, so I just went ahead and generalized. xD

d) Unpopular fannish opinion: I think that was Cuddy right for giving up on House. (Cheating a little here, because that's really more a Cuddy-related opinion, but still. I think that House doesn't deserve her.)
e) He never fell in love with: Cameron. Because she wanted him to.

d) Unpopular fannish opinion: I think that he actually did try to rape Buffy in season 6. I do think that he would have been capable of something like that at that point in his un-life.
e) He never fell in love with: Harmony. For obvious reasons.

b) Runner-up: Ten/TARDIS
c) Anti-ship: Um. This is really hard, but I'm gonna go with Ten/Martha--not because I couldn't see something romantic/sexual happening between them, but because I don't think it would lead anywhere. They would try, and then awkwardly figure out that it's not working, and would go their separate ways. As they did.
d) Unpopular fannish opinion: Ten will never ever love only one single person. Sorry, exclusive OTP shippers. Your OTP is as right or wrong as the next person's.
e) He never fell in love with: I want to say "himself", but that's actually not true. He does love himself. And everybody else. Hm. Again, I think he had a hard time loving Martha. But he did, in the end. Um. Rassilon? I'll go with Rassilon. No love lost between those two, methinks.
