Appropriate Icon Is Appropriate

I've been watching this somewhat cheesy, overly gritty-British-TV 90's crime show Cracker. I'm up to series three now . . . AND GUESS WHO SHOWED UP IN THE LATEST EPISODE.



It's a baby!Simm! This is from '95, so he was 25 in this, but damn if he doesn't look like he's barely 15. Awww, baby!Simm. In his first scene, he was being chased by a gang of girls who ended up taking his pants away. :3

Simm's character is a murdering psychopath. I am laughing so hard.

That's a great ep! Love Cracker, and Baby!Simm is excellent in it. And yes, he really looks young *ruffles his hair*.

Hee, I'm enjoying Cracker, but it does love the gritty. You can get away with gritty up to a point, but I felt that the show pushed past that point at least a couple of times. But, you know, not far enough to make me stop watching. Yet.

Baby!Simm really is excellent. I've only seen the first part so far, but I am very impressed with his acting. Especially since he's still so young.

I have never seen any of the rest of cracker, but I have seen Simm's two episodes. And yes, yes, he is a murdering psychopath who has a Tragic Storyline of Ghey. Both things I approve of.

Ooh, there is ghey as well? I kind of saw it coming, but I haven't seen the second part yet, and it wasn't established in the first. But, yanno, Paul Abbott, and rent boy jokes--a gay storyline really wouldn't surprise me. ;)

I'm sure he does. It's a pretty well-known British series, and he played the lead murderer part in one of the episodes. And he was pretty damn good at it, too.
