Doctor Who deserves all the love it gets.

I love love love my show.

I spent most of the afternoon/evening talking to lf2871 on AIM about how tragic and doomed the Master and the Doctor are. We both got very emotional about it as we were trying to decide which one was worse off. Eventually, we agreed they're both in dire need of hugs and kittens, and decided that it's all the Time Lords' fault, and that the Doctor did a good thing when he wiped them out. He didn't agree, but then, he wouldn't.

Anyway, after this, I went to muck about in Gimp and Photoshop, because I felt dramatic and full of woe and wanted an angel/demon manip of the Doctor and the Master. I didn't get very far, and I don't think it's ever going to get done, because srsly, angel/demon manip? But this is how far I got, and I think the Master is kind of liking his wings, even if they're sort of trashed. Maybe he likes them because of that.

At some point, I stopped maniping and went to watch some episodes. I was determined to watch episodes that I usually don't watch, so I ended up with Gridlock - which is a really awesome episode, I don't know why I'd remembered it as boring - and The Lazarus Experiment, which I still thought was a bit rubbish, but in a charming way. Besides, even though it's kind of lame for Doctor Who, it's still better than some of the better episodes of other shows. I ♥ my show.

I really want to work for Doctor Who one day. I don't care if I'm the person who sweeps the floor, I just want to be on that set, be a part of that production. Because seriously, Doctor Who is the best TV show I have ever watched, and I've watched a lot of TV shows.

Yes, I will stop gushing now. Sorry about that. It might be time for bed.

Oh, one more thing. If you dislike Rammstein as much as I do, and think that they are a silly, pretentious bunch of idiots, you'll like this.

Hee, I wasn't sure what to do about Ten. I don't really wanna give him angel wings, because he's not an angel. I'm kind of tempted to give him the same wings as the Master. Or maybe none at all, idk.

Not that I will ever finish that manip, because lol wing manip. xD

Lol, I get the reference, yes xD. But hmm, he's not really a fairy either, is he? Or maybe he is ;), but he doesn't want to be one. He's not trying to have wings, he's trying to be as human as possible. The Master considers himself something above and beyond humanity, so he likes having wings, but the Doctor doesn't want that. So all he would probably have were stumps, because he got rid of his wings a long time ago.

The Doctor doesn't particularly want to be a Lonely God either, or pretty much singlehandedly responsible for policing the Universe's timestreams, for that matter, but he's stuck with it. I think he'd look cool with wings. Not white ones, though. Nice emo black wings, like a raven. (This is the point at which you tell me to make my own. Or at least get off the computer and go to bed, which I should do anyway ;) )

He's stuck with it, yes, but he's not using his wings. Not unless he absolutely has to. And when he does, he feels guilty about it. So I think in a wing manip, his wings might have to be transparent, maybe. Like, opacity at 10% or something. Because he doesn't want them, and he doesn't use them, not usually.

I like the idea of raven's wings though. Hmmm. Will have to think about that. And whether or not they would be intact.

GO TO BED. Stop making me be pretentious about freaking wing manips. D:
