It's over!
Heh. Just came home from my last Präpkurs-class for this semester. Yay! No dead people for at least five weeks! Well, okay, I still gotta do the exam on Wednesday, and if I screw it up, then I will have to do the retake, but today was officially the last day of pointlessly standing around in the anatomic hall and waiting for that course to be over. For this semester. There's still next semester, and I am so not looking forward to that - it's the part of the course about the skull and the brain, and at each table there are ten people working on one body, which means that it's gonna be ten people crowding around one end of the table, trying to get a glimpse of what the guy with the scalpel is doing. No fun.
But next semester it's only six weeks. And then *fanfare* I will have successfully completed the course, and no more cutting up dead people. Sounds good to me. Next semester there'll be biochemistry (which gives me a small headache, because I know next to nothing about chemistry), and more histology. I'm waiting for the third semester (physics, physiology, and no more anatomy).
I am officially going to go to Rock im Park in the summer. Which was a lot of fun last year - I hope it'll be the same this year. Muse will be there, and the Beatsteaks, and Billy Talent, Evanescence, Stone Sour, and Korn again. Maybe we'll even have nice weather this year. That would be cool. I am so buying another Rock im Park t-shirt.
Oh, right, I saw the new SG-1 episode. It was very boring. And stupid Cam is trying to get between Vala and Daniel. He will suffer.
Um... anything else? The university told me they'll accept my twelve months that I worked in the hospital as nursing course, which is cool, because like this I won't have to work three more months in some other hospital. And since I have three siblings who are all still dependent on my parents, I won't have to pay the university fee of 300 euros which they introduced for the new semester. Which I think is very cool.
All in all, things are going well at the moment. I'm hoping to get a job for the summer, so I can go to England and see
tli in September. I've worked the job before, it's mind-numbingly boring, but it pays good money. Which I kinda am in need of.
