It's during Episode 3 and is when Peter is meeting up with Natalie at a diner to talk and she asks him to kiss her like he means it and all that.

Oh, and I wholeheartedly agree with darkpoolnine, you must see Casanova soon. It's a bit high camp and the blue contacts have been known to put some people off, but I think it's a great time. :)
