General consensus seems to be 'flagging? Hell no.', but there is a worrisome number of people who seem to have no opinion at all or who'd actually flag other people's entries.

The whole idea worrys me..I think that OTHER people decideing what is and isn't acceptable for you to post on you're own journel is stupid. I wont be flaging and i WONT be useing the system. If LJ don't like it then thats just tough.

I completely agree. I think the whole idea is ridiculous, because there's just no way in hell you can make the internet safe for kids. But the way LJ is failing at the moment is about the worst way they could have failed at this.
