So I just watched Single Father.
. . . it's Notting Hill. In Scottish. Starring David Tennant. And a ridiculous amount of kids.
I--well, you know. The writing was alright, the direction was a bit odd, but whatever. David Tennant. David. I have missed you so. Can I just draw a lot of little hearts around his name? And those are absolutely platonic hearts. Because yep, the guy's hot, but really, the thing making me want to draw little hearts around his name is his acting skills. His magnificent, awesome acting skills. That scene where the character finds out that his wife died? Omg. I think I replayed that four or five times over. So much love for you, David. So much love.
So who else has seen it and wants to draw little hearts around David's name?
Also, I just dropped out of the role play comm! Because . . . they were accusing me of infomoding when all I was doing was not nerf my character into absolute incompetence in order to let a plot go ahead. Or, well, actually, they weren't accusing me. It was all very passive-aggressive and polite, as LJ RP tends to be. I'm not actually holding a grudge against most players at the comm, but it was just getting a drawn-out exercise in frustration. So I dropped! I should be around more now.
