Earlier, I tried to contact the online travel agency I booked my Munich/London flight with. The email on their website is broken and doesn't take messages, so I tried the service hotline. It's a German number, and Jasper's phone doesn't do international calls, so I tried Skype. Apparently, when you call from the internet, it doesn't count as an international call, so the automated voice told me to call the German service hotline. Once I did, I actually managed to get through to a person, but then they were like "I cannot understand you! Please call back." *hangs up*
Oh well. I have now emailed my mom and asked her to call them for me. I also tried calling the BA hotline directly, but they have a six-hours-on-hold queue. >_>
