I'd totally be tempted to ask for a refund. I mean, I not only paid for the tickets, I also paid for a RSC membership and tons of mobile phone calls from Germany to England. But I won't, because I know I won't get it. I'd just be epically disappointed and then go see Bennett be Hamlet. Because he really wasn't at all bad as Laertes, and there's always Patrick Stewart.
