Also, I've been trying to think what you can do about the Rose player, but I have no ideas. If it was me, I'd just ignore her--although if she tries again, you'd have to do *something*. Maybe someone who RPs will have ideas. Maybe a PM saying Sorry, you don't think you can play opposite Rose, sorry, have a nice day, blah blah blah politecakes?
