a mean fandom, but people do tend to think twice about posting crap They do? I hadn't really noticed... seriously, I don't think most fic in House is of a very good quality. There are a bunch of good writers, but mostly, House's characterization sucks, and Wilson is usually such a wife that it makes my brain hurt.
But I know what you mean about Ten. He's not easy to write. I have to really concentrate to get him right. I hope it'll get easier once I've written some more from his POV.
However, maybe part of the reason you can't 'hear' him as well as House or Wilson is that you haven't watched as much New Who as House, and generally haven't been in the fandom that long. It's that way for me. House and Wilson are easy to write, and easy to hear in fic, because I know them well. I'm still working on getting to know my DW characters.
Anyway, tl;dr aside, thank you for the feedback! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it. And lol, I'd love to see Martha's face if the Doctor screws up again and everything ends up having a pinkish hue xD.
