Trial of a Time Lord. It was Six facing the inbetween Doctor/Valeyard off. Quite an interesting story arc.
I don't know every bit of canon either, but bless Wikipedia for their articles.
One day, when I've figured out how I post a fic under the cut and find a beta, I'll put up my own fanfiction.
