In which I talk about random things.
Hello livejournal! First of all, thanks to everyone who congratulated me on my birthday, sent me v-gifts, or was aware that it was my birthday and thought about maybe dropping a line but ended up not getting around to it. (That's not me quipping, that's me being absolutely sincere. I'm always in the latter category, when it comes to remembering birthdays.)
I'm 24! . . . feels a lot like being 23. I spent the day with the family, hanging out and having cake and relaxing. It was very enjoyable. And I got presents, which was nice.
( I've also started a job. )
There's not much else that's new. Germany's playing against Ghana tonight--soccer--and if they lose, the world cup will be over for them. That would make me a bit sad, but it would also amuse me. Because I'm a bad person. I want some complete outsider to win the cup. Like, say, Uruguay. That would be awesome.
So, how is everyone?
