I can has fic!

Guys, guys, I totally just finished my House/Doctor Who crossover fic. Lol I thought that would never happen. It ended up being pretty exactly 13,000 words, but I'm very sure that my betas will make me delete at least 2000 of those. 11,000 is not too shabby, either, though.

It's mostly a House fic, really, though. It's all Wilson PoV. This means I will have to cross post at House comms - mwuh? I haven't done that in ages. Well, maybe one or two people will remember me.

My brain is weird. I was sifting through my old WIPs earlier, and when I reread the DW/House fic - I added about 2000 words tonight, so it was roughly 11,000 words that I read - I'd forgotten everything that happened in the last 2- or 3000 words. There were a couple of plot twists and surprises in there, and I was completely surprised by them myself, even though I wrote this fic myself. Then, I found two attempts at writing a story I knew I wanted to write at some point, but thought I'd written maybe 500 words of before giving up. The two WIPs I found were one 700 and the other one 4000 words long.

These WIPs can't be older than maybe 4 or 5 months, if at all. Wtf, brain? Don't forget stuff like that. It's important!
