Seriously. I am over House. I don't want to be in this fandom anymore. The show mostly annoyed me throughout season 4. But I just don't know how to walk away. *cue sad emo tear of fandom heartbreak*

I want to quit House, though! Not to spoil your fandom enjoyment, but the fandom doesn't appeal to me anymore, and the show frustrates me. This trailer is like an ice cream parlor I know makes crap ice cream offering me the most delicious-looking sundae for free. I know I won't enjoy it, and I know eating it will only be bad for me with no benefits, but I can't help WANTING IT ANYWAY. D:

Yep, that's what I'm saying: totally addictive! I do know what you mean, though, the only ep's I re-watch are all of Season I. Still, I love this fandom so much. I think at this point I like the fandom and most people in it more than the actual show itself and my own fanfiction takes me in weird directions and I so much love to write... Also, I like the fact the whole House-thing brought me into contact with truly amazing people some of whom I'm lucky enough to be able to call friends, so maybe I should say I like the LJ-world I'm in... ANYWAY! I still have to plunge myself deeply into Dr. Who, who knows what'll happen if I do that??

Lol, DW fandom is awesome fun. The fic is mostly crap - not all, of course, but most of it - but the fandom is awesome. All DW fans are such MAJOR GEEKS, it's very endearing. Even the Rosefen are toning it down. It's a nice place to hang out.

Glad someone mentioned spoilertv, because YouTube won't play it for me no matter what. I basically can't get a single thing in my favourites to load anymore, either. I'm seriously starting to fucking hate YouTube. IT NEVER PLAYS A THING ANYMORE. Not since they changed the video player, and their "help" section doesn't say ANYTHING helpful about how to fix it.

Anyway. I'm kind of tired of the fandom, but I can't possibly not watch the show. I have to know how the whole House/Wilson thing will play out.

You're an Internet Explorer user, right? Just because Adobe recently released a buggy version of the Adobe Flash Player, which all Firefox browsers that were set to automatic upgrades were updated with. The buggy version was v9, but I think they patched it now. I haven't had any more troubles, anyway.

As an IE user, that wouldn't concern you anyway, though, because as far as I know the IE uses the Macromedia Flash Player. So, yeah, either trying to upgrade or to reinstall it should work.

I can't quit either. Of course, it's slightly easier for me to watch House, so that might be less of a big deal.

I was all set to boast about how I will be in the UK come September, and watching will be no trouble for me either, but then I remembered that this is an American show.

Lol fail.

House fandom used to be nice. By now it's just... ick. Scary and weird.

And yet, with BBC America and the Sci-Fi Channel, my UK shows are embarrassingly easy to watch without "magic".

IIRC, Sky has everything pretty soon after it airs. I remember trying to wrangle invitations to my one friend who had a semi-legal Skybox and card so I could watch Stargate and Star Trek pretty much as they aired. (It was quasi-legal because they simply used their old address from when they were stationed at the UK, as opposed to one of those post forwarding services.)

Um... Yeah. TV is very important to me, as you can see.
